CATERING:
Our family had 3 Maries' food after I had my 4th baby. What a great find! The food is healthy, delicious, fresh, and kid friendly. Serving sizes were perfect for our family (with enough leftovers for lunch the next day!). We will definitely use you again.
Thanks,

We had the fettucini alfredo, and let me say, it was SO delicious! I am picky with my meals, and the sauce was so creamy and the noodles al dente. Even my kids wanted seconds, which is rare these days! The chocolate chip cookies are made to perfection, not to soft, not too hard, and the cheesecake was heavenly. I also asked Juliet to make the lamb cake for my daughters birthday party and was SO happy with the adorable results that I had to save the lamb to look at for days after because it just made me so happy, it was so cute.
Thank,

COOKING CLASS:
My Ah Ha moment what learning to dry off the chicken before putting it in the pan so you don't kill yourself with hot oil splatters :).. Never thought of that.
-Suzette
That was fun last night! I learned great tips like cooking my rice in chicken broth a great way to thaw chicken. I liked how Juliet had a continuous dialogue through out her presentation, sharing great information every step of the way. Her presentation was very thorough and professional. She did a great job!

I had a really good time. Juliet never made me feel intimidated to ask
questions. I learned that I was really over cooking chicken at home.
I also learned about new spices that I can use on several foods and
how to use them in combination with one another.
-Marissa
I feel so much more confident in cooking a delicous moist chicken now! Before her cooking class, I was seriously chicken about cooking chicken! She also made asparagus, which I LOVE but never cook properly and her tips made it so delicious! Also learned a yummy Banana pudding that I really enjoy (and I don't usually like banana desserts). Not only did we discuss the meal she made us, but we also talked about tips for cooking pork, steak, and a variety of other dishes as well as kitchen knives and pots/pans to use. I loved her suggestion to use different spices to sprinkle on chicken depending on what dish you are using. As the host, I even got a fun little gift. I can't wait to host again and pick a new dish!
